Use the Votes and Attendance section to control how attendance and votes are displayed and printed on various reports in Legistar. This section also enables you to control the formatting of meeting member names in reports.
Settings can be different for each body type. Use the Default Display Settings screen to establish the generic format that will be used everywhere if there is no specified format, and then use the body type screens only if you want specific body type formats to be different from the standard or default for your entire organization. Otherwise, you do not need to make any other entries.
If you click a body type that does not have any entries, the system prompts you to copy the default display settings to this body type. If you wish to make any exceptions for a particular body type, click Yes and make the appropriate changes.
