1. Turn on the monitors at each voting station.
  2. Confirm the VoteCast program loads automatically.
  3. Select your username.

  1. Touch Sign In.

Note: You may have to wait for the clerk to load the meeting before you can sign in.

  1. Confirm the On the Floor page opens. This menu displays the current agenda item and accompanying speaker(s) and document(s). This page should be open for the majority of the meeting.
