You can add multiple minutes documents and they will appear in a drop-down menu on the view page. Complete the following steps from the Archives tab:

  1. Select your archive and click Edit.
  1. Click the Minutes subtab for the selected archive.
  1. Select the minutes document.
  1. Click Publish. This will publish your minutes to the view page.

  1. If you want to make this file the default document that will display next to the video player on the view page, highlight the file again and click Default. You can have only one default minutes document for each archive. 
  1. Confirm that the status of the Published (and, if applicable, Default) column changes to Yes.
