Follow the steps below to publish an agenda to iLegislate without publishing to InSite; you can do this to have a MediaManager agenda with which council members can still interact, and then publish the PDF to InSite when they are done.
Resolution
Leave the agenda in Draft.
Export the agenda to MediaManager by going to your agenda date, selecting Tools, then Export Data.
Log into MediaManager, and find the event you just exported.
Select Actions, then chose Edit Event.
Select the Agenda tab, and under publishing options, choose Publish Agenda data using the assigned template.
