After your meeting ends, click the Archives tab:


The Archive interface

The Archive Interface is divided into two panes: Archive Folders and Contents.

The Archive Folders Pane 

  • Provides a place to organize your meetings
  • A folder's contents display in the pane on the right when the folder is highlighted
  • The selected folder is highlighted in blue

Description

New

Creates a new archive folder

Edit

Opens an existing archive folder for editing

Delete

Removes an existing archive folder (you can delete a folder only after it has been emptied of all contents)

Archive Folder Contents Pane

  • The archived meetings stored in the archive folder display in list format
  • The selected meeting(s) are highlighted in yellow
  • The text in parentheses displays how many video clips are in the folder and how much space they take up

ButtonDescription

New Video

This button uploads a new video to an archive folder. The file must be in the format supported by your site configuration—either WMV or MP4.
EditClicking Edit opens the selected archive for editing.
CopyThis button copies the selected archive.
Swap VideosSwap Videos trades the video file, duration, and status between two files. Two and only two video files must be selected to use this function. This function is available only to administrators.
DeleteDelete moves the selected archive to the Recycle Bin folder.

Recycle Bin

  • This folder stores deleted files for two weeks; located in archive folders.
  • Items can be restored from the Recycle Bin by selecting them and clicking Undelete on the toolbar.
