Categories are grouping of Topics, that allow you to have a hierarchy for your email and text message offerings - you can decide which Topics are associated with a specific Category and in what order the Topics display on the Quick Subscribe page.

Adding New Topics to a Category

To add new topics to a category:

  1. On the menu toolbar, click Category.
  2. Click on the Category name.
  3. On the right toolbar, select Topics.
  4. Scroll to the list of Available Topics. Select the Topic(s) you wish to add to the Category and click the Add button. 
  5. Click Save Changes.

Deleting Topics From a Category

To delete topics from a category:

  1. On the left menu, click Category.
  2. Click on the category name.
  3. On the right toolbar, select Topics.
  4. In the Topics in Category section, click Remove next to topic you want to remove.

Reordering Topics in a Category

To set the order that topics in a category display on the Quick Subscribe page:

  1. On the left menu, click Category.
  2. Click on the category name.
  3. On the right menu, select Topics.
  4. Drag and drop the topics into the desired order or change the numerical order.
  5. Click Save Changes.
