1. Click the Minutes menu title to open the Minutes settings. The following figure illustrates these settings:

Beginning Date Range for Minutes Calendar View

Sets a specific time frame for displaying past minutes on the Calendar tab in the Minutes module. Enter a number, and the Calendar tab displays all of the minutes starting with this many days before the current date. For example, if you enter 90, the Calendar tab displays all minutes from the current date to 90 days before the current date. If you do not specify a number in the Beginning Date Range For Minutes Calendar View and Ending Date Range For Minutes Calendar View settings, then the Calendar tab displays only minutes for the current date.

Specifies the printing style of the master line headers. You define the styles in the Workflow Control > Header Style section.

Specifies the Consent Text placed in the Consent Master line when passing the Consent Agenda.

Specifies the attendance type used for “Absent”. You add attendance types in the Vote and Attendance Settings section of Administration.

  1. When you change a setting, click Save and then click Exit to exit Administration. Click the Tools menu in Legistar, and select Refresh Administration for your changes to take effect in the system.
