How do I export a meeting from Legistar to MediaManager using the Manual Sync functionality?
Resolution
Upon export, your Legistar meeting will become an event in MediaManager. Complete the following steps from the Agendas module in Legistar:
Select the meeting you wish to export.
Click the Tools menu and select Export Data from the menu available. The Export to Granicus dialog opens.
Complete the following fields:

Select the encoder from the menu available
Archive Folder
Select the MediaManager archive folder to which you'd like to export the meeting
Player Template
Select the MediaManager player page template you'd like to use for the layout of the video player
Archive Status
Select the default status for the exported meeting to have in MediaManager:
Public - Allows citizens the view the archive immediately after uploading
Not Public - Prohibits the citizens from accessing the archive after uploading
Pending - Allows internal MediaManager users to view and edit the archive and decide when to make it public
Click OK. The Export to Granicus dialog closes.
A message appears informing you that the meeting export was successful. Take note of the event name in MediaManager.
Navigate to your MediaManager site (http://{sitename}.granicus.com) and sign in.
Find the meeting in the Upcoming Events widget on the Home page and click Edit. The event opens. Because you've exported this event from Legistar, you will not need to use all of the functionality available in MediaManager. The Scheduling and Publishing subtabs will not be used because most of this functionality is handled in Legistar.
Click the Basic subtab and verify that the settings you chose in the Export to Granicus dialog (step 3) carried over to MediaManager correctly. Leave the Agenda Template set to No Template. Make any edits as needed.
Click the Agenda subtab and verify that the agenda, headers, titles, and attachments for all items exported correctly from Legistar. After the agenda is published to InSite, a link to the web site will be displayed.
MediaManager is used to route the agenda to LiveManager and iLegislate. The agenda will be exported from Legistar when it is in Final status.
