LiveManager Notes Are Being Imported as a Single Note on the First History Line in Legistar. Why?

When you import multiple motion/vote objects created on one indexed agenda item in LiveManager back into Legistar,  Legistar will create a history line for each instance of the motion/vote entered in MediaManager on import.

All notes created in LiveManager will import back as one note onto the first history line (recorded agenda item) in Legistar by design.

Note: Motions on motions, amendments, etc. can be handled as long as you are creating them under one time stamped instance of an agenda item.
