My file is not displaying in the drop-down list when I'm trying to add it to an Agenda. Why?

Resolution
1. Most commonly, this occurs because the file has a Final Action Date. Open the file and remove the Final Action Date.
2. In Administration there is no action set up for that file type for that meeting body. Navigate to Administration > Workflow Control for the meeting body and add an action for that file type.
