I've received the following error message when trying to create an agenda in the Agendas module: "Legistar cannot create an agenda because the meeting body was not found". What do I do?
Resolution
The first step is to check your selection for the Default Meeting Body system setting in your personal settings and the Legistar Administration system settings.
From the left menu, click the Home module, then click the Tools dropdown arrow, and select Local Settings.
Select the Agendas Settings, and verify there is a meeting body selected for the Default Meeting Body setting. If there isn't, you must select one, and click Save.
If you need to check this system setting in Administration, from the Home module, select the Tools dropdown arrow again, and select Administration.
From the left menu, click System Settings.
Select the Agendas Settings, and verify that there is a meeting body selected for the Default Meeting Body setting. If there isn't, you must select one, and click Save.
Click Exit to exit Administration, and from the Tools dropdown menu, click Refresh Administration.
