Complete the following steps to launch LiveManager 3.6 and set up a shortcut on your desktop:
Open Internet Explorer 8 (or higher).
Enter the URL that you receive from your Account Manager into the address bar. Your LiveManager URL is http:// <the Encoder’s internal IP address> :85/LiveManager. You can receive more information on your LiveManager URL from your Account Manager.
Click Options on the LiveManager 3.6 Launch Page.
Click Create Desktop Icon after the LiveManager Configuration Editor opens.
