You can manage users and groups through the Apps menu in the Granicus Platform. You must be an administrator in the Granicus Platform to manage users and groups.
In Users & Groups, you can do the following:
To access Users & Groups in the Granicus Platform, following these steps:
- Sign in to the Granicus Platform.
- Click the Apps menu, and select Users & Groups.
A list appears, displaying all the users in your system.
Searching for Users
You can use the search field on the left side of the page to search for specific users. Enter at least part of the name of the user you are looking for and then press
Enter on your keyboard or click the
magnifying glass icon. A list of users matching your search criteria is returned.
