Signing In

To sign in to the Granicus Platform, follow these steps:

Note: Granicus recommends using Internet Explorer 11 and disabling pop-up blockers for your Granicus site.

  1. Enter your jurisdiction's URL in the browser's address field: https://[yourjurisdiction].granicus.com. For example, https://sanfrancisco.granicus.com. The sign-in page displays.

  2. Enter your Username and Password in the corresponding fields. Learn more about our Password Policy.

  3. Click Sign In.

Navigating the App Platform

When you sign in, the application selected as your Default App in Users & Groups opens automatically. 

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.

Requesting a New Account

If you are a new user and would like to request a new Granicus account, contact your MediaManager administrator or IT lead.

Apps Menu

From the Apps menu, you can access all of the various Granicus cloud apps that your organization uses. Click the Apps menu and select the application (for example, Boards and Commissions) you'd like to open. From this menu, you can also manage users and groups and view your system logs.

Help Options

The Help Center Link is located in the top right corner of every screen. From this link, you can access the Granicus Help Center to see user guides, training videos and PDFs, frequently asked questions, and more. You can also contact our Customer Care team via an online form.

User Menu

The User menu is located in the upper right-hand corner of every screen, right next to the Apps menu. From the User menu, you can view your account information or sign out of MediaManager. Click your name to open the menu.

Signing Out

To sign out of the Granicus Platform, take the following steps:

  1. Click the User menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

  1. Select Sign Out.

  2. Confirm the sign out by clicking Yes on the confirmation screen.
