Administrators can designate which subscription topics are available as wireless alerts. Once a topic is enabled for wireless alerts, a shorter version (maximum of 160 characters) of the email bulletin is sent simultaneously with the email update. This shorter version can include a link to the bulletin's public shared bulletin page.
