If necessary, you can remove highlights, underlines, drawings, notes, or bookmarks from the attachment. The following procedure uses a highlighted area of text as an example.
Note: You can tap Undo or Erase to remove a drawing while in Draw mode. Follow the procedure below if you have tapped Done to save the drawing.
Tap an agenda item containing an attachment. The Item Details screen displays.
Under Attachments, tap the attachment you want to view.
Tap the highlighted or underlined area, or tap the drawing, note, or bookmark. A menu appears in the top right corner of your interface.
Tap Delete. A confirmation prompt appears.
Tap Delete to confirm you want to delete the annotation.
