Motions are only supported for Meeting Efficiency clients. If you'd like a more information or a demo, please contact your Account Manager.

If you have the combined Motion/Vote Workflow enabled, the process you use will be different. See Combining the Motion and Vote Workflows for more details.

  1. Timestamp the agenda item on which you'd like to record a motion. You can do this by double-clicking the item.

  2. Click Motion or press Ctrl + M.

  3. Select the MoverSeconder, and Action from the drop-down menus available.

  4. Enter the Motion Text.

  5. Click Record or press Ctrl + S. This saves the motion to the minutes and automatically opens the voting screen.
