Motions are only supported for Meeting Efficiency clients. If you'd like a more information or a demo, please contact your Account Manager.
If you have the combined Motion/Vote Workflow enabled, the process you use will be different. See Combining the Motion and Vote Workflows for more details.
Timestamp the agenda item on which you'd like to record a motion. You can do this by double-clicking the item.
Click Motion or press Ctrl + M.
Select the Mover, Seconder, and Action from the drop-down menus available.
Enter the Motion Text.
Click Record or press Ctrl + S. This saves the motion to the minutes and automatically opens the voting screen.
