The summary section provides an overview of the report's contents. Fields in the summary include:

  • Importance - The importance level of the bulletin (this should always be normal).
  • Subject - The bulletin's subject line.
  • Recipients - The recipients of the bulletin (this is based on topics and filter criteria).
  • Date Sent - Date and time the bulletin was sent.
  • Total Sent - Number of bulletins sent (number of recipients).
  • Delivered - Number of bulletins delivered.

Recipient List

This section allows you to view how bulletins have performed with each recipient. You can use the fields above the list to filter it according to different values by entering text, or selecting from a dropdown list, and then clicking Search. The columns in this list include:

  • Destination Address - The subscriber's email address or wireless phone number if they are a wireless subscriber.
  • Delivery Status - Indicates whether the email was delivered, undelivered, or if there was a delivery failure.
    Notes:
  • Undelivered may be seen within the first 24 hours while the bulletin is still sending, and govDelivery has not yet received a server response, or bounce message for the recipient. Once the bulletin has completed sending, you typically will not see any addresses with an 'Undelivered' status.
  • Delivery Failure means the bulletin was not delivered to the recipient at all.
  • Failure Message - If the bulletin failed to deliver to the recipient, the failure message details the server response and cause of the failure.
  • Total Opens - Number of times an email bulletin was opened by recipients.
  • Total Clicks - Number of unique links clicked by the recipients.
  • Click Summary - Lists the URL of each link that was clicked in the message.
