The Bulletin Links Report details links included in bulletins and the click rates for those links.
To access the Bulletin Links report:
On the Account Area toolbar, click Reports.
Under Bulletin Reports, click Bulletin Links.
Select a Start Date and an End Date.
Click Show Report.
Summary
The summary section provides an overview of the report's contents. Fields in the summary include:
Total Links Included - The total number of links included in all bulletins sent during the specified time period.
Bulletins - The number of bulletins sent during the specified time period.
Average Links Included - The Total Links Included divided by the Bulletins for the specified time period.
Unique Clicks - The number of recipients who clicked a link included in the bulletin. Note that the link must contain the redirect (tracking code) added by govDelivery and the mail sender. The link will typically open the client's site.
Example 1 - Example 1 - A bulletin is sent to 500 recipients, the bulletin has two links. 200 recipients open the bulletin. 50 recipients click both of the two links. Unique Clicks = 100.
Example 2 - A click is counted only the first time a link is clicked by that recipient.
If three recipients click one of five links in the bulletin once, three unique clicks are counted.
If three recipients click two of the five links in the bulletin once, six unique clicks are counted.
If three recipients click one of the five links in the bulletin twice, three unique clicks are counted.
Total Clicks - The total number of clicks.

Details
Administrators can filter and sort report data based on Link, Subject, Sent, Sent By, Unique Clicks, or Total Clicks. Report data can also be exported to a CSV file by clicking the Export button.
Link - The URL of the link included in a bulletin. Only links clicked by recipient display. If you include two links, but recipients only clicked one link, only the one click will display. Also, if the same link is included multiple times in the same bulletin, all instances of the link will be combined into one link in the report.
Subject - The subject of the bulletin that contains the Link.
Sent - The date and time that the bulletin was sent.
Sent By - The administrator that sent the bulletin containing the link.
