How do I enable cover pages for Legistar agenda packets?

When creating the agenda packet from Legistar, you can choose to add a cover page in front of the attachments. You have a choice of any of the 5 Legislative File reports - Certified Copy, Signature, Text File, File Summary and Master - to use as the cover page.
When the agenda packet is created, this "cover page" is automatically added as a part of the packet along with all the attachments. This is only for creating the packet in the database; creating the packet via InSite does not allow for these options.
To enable cover pages:
Open Administration and navigate to System Settings > Agendas.
Find the Print Attachments Cover Page as setting and select the type of report you would like to use. To disable this feature, select NONE.
