Complete the following steps from the Files Module while drafting a legislative file in Legistar:
Click the Associations tab.
Click Edit next to Sponsors.
Select a sponsor from the Available Sponsors list.
Click the arrows to move and rearrange the sponsor in the Selected Sponsors list.
Select the primary sponsor from the list and select Tools > Mark as Primary.
Select the secondary sponsor from the list and select Tools > Mark as Secondary.
Select Save.
Click Close.
